WorldStarHipHop founder Lee “Q” O’Denat died of natural causes. An autopsy report revealed that O’Denat’s death was a result of morbid obesity and severe plaque buildup around his heart.

The Los Angeles Times reports toxicology tests showed marijuana use, but no other drugs or alcohol were detected. The 43-year-old who died suddenly at a San Diego massage parlor in January, weighed 345 pounds at the time of his death, also had an enlarged liver and fatty liver disease.
