Last month, Kodak Black was arrested during a court hearing in Fort Lauderdale for allegedly violating the terms of his house arrest while he was in the middle of a comeback tour.
According to the Sun Sentinel, the Pompano Beach rapper will not be going free for at least another 10 days.
The 19-year-old artist, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was in court Friday for a hearing to determine whether there was enough evidence to consider him a “danger” to Broward County residents. A probation report accused him of visiting a Miami strip club on Feb. 1, attending a boxing match on Feb. 18, and failing to complete an anger management course, Sun Sentinel reports.
It was not clear Friday when Octave can next expect to get out of jail. Broward Circuit Judge Michael Lynch scheduled a continuation for March 20.
